Head of AI Operations (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with customer operations, finance, people, and commercial functions to identify manual work and redesign the company operating system.
• Design and implement AI-enabled systems that manage complete workflows, including customer onboarding and account operations.
• Shape hirify.global's applied AI strategy with the founders, including priorities, sequencing, and success measures.
• Drive AI adoption across functions and help teams become AI-native in their daily work.
• Set standards, guardrails, quality controls, and evaluations for internal AI systems handling customer, people, and finance data.
• Work directly with founders and senior leaders to turn ambiguous opportunities into aligned action.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-growth, scaling B2B SaaS business with evidence of improving how teams work.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and experience owning complex cross-functional problems.
• Deep practical fluency with AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code.
• Ability to influence audiences ranging from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
• Hands-on experience redesigning functions, building repeatable systems, and driving adoption.
• Ability to coach, co-build, challenge, and escalate as needed to create measurable change.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt and context engineering.
• Experience establishing AI guardrails and evaluation systems before deploying internal tools to live data.
