Manager - Data Center & AI

What you will do

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and Data Center and AI solutions for performance, security, and availability.
• Drive innovation, evaluate emerging technologies, and improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology with business processes.
• Manage the technology budget, vendors, partners, and resource allocation.
• Develop technology policies and procedures, oversee system deployments, and mentor the technology team.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT support environment.
• Expertise with cloud platforms and services, data communication networks, Data Center solutions, systems infrastructure, project delivery, and data analysis.
• Ability to work from the UK Home Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of management experience.
• Experience with Data Center solutions from Dell, HPE, Cisco, and Pure.
