Supplier Capacity Development Manager

Location: Hybrid/remote and global; preferred area Europe. Available in one of four locations, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate.

What you will do

• Develop and standardize the external supplier capacity development methodology for ELDS MV Switchgear factories.
• Identify, prioritize, and assess critical suppliers using operational, financial, capacity-risk, and alternative-sourcing criteria.
• Lead the rollout of supplier assessment tools, self-assessments, on-site audit playbooks, and development roadmaps across factories.
• Coordinate factories, procurement, operations, quality, and supply chain teams, including engagement with global suppliers.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to track supplier roadmap progress and readiness for capacity ramp-up.
• Escalate and resolve supplier capacity risks, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining training materials.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, including supplier dynamics, sourcing strategies, and capacity risk assessment.
• Experience leading multi-country projects in a complex multinational or global environment, preferably in the energy sector.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, KPI development, process standardization, and methodology rollout across multiple sites.
• Background in project management, cross-functional coordination, quality and compliance management, audits, operations, and capacity planning.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, root cause analysis, communication, and negotiation skills.
