Customer Project Manager (Telecommunications)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States (Hybrid)

Salary: USD 107,982.61–200,539.13 annual base salary, plus potential incentive or variable compensation for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Manage customer-facing project implementation within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and profitability targets.
• Coordinate delivery teams, project schedules, internal reviews, and customer expectations.
• Identify risks and assess their financial and customer-satisfaction impact.
• Control scope changes, escalate scope creep, and act as the primary customer interface for project-related business extensions.
• Manage deliverable sign-off, formal customer acceptance, project closeout, invoicing, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Must be located in Dallas, Texas.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of project management experience in wireless or wireline telecommunications.
• Required experience with data centers, IP networks, and optical transport.
• PMP certification or equivalent; certification in progress is also considered.
• Strong negotiation, communication, customer-facing, leadership, planning, organizing, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and AI tools.
