Regional Specialist in Argentina or Brazil (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Conduct outreach, onboarding, and study-specific training for investigator sites, research clinicians, and nurses.
• Coordinate remote visits by processing Visit Request Forms, assigning clinicians, and managing visit logistics.
• Maintain site, visit, and nurse trackers and review uploaded documents for completeness and quality.
• Manage access to Study Hub and Thinking Cap for site staff and clinicians.
• Book and track courier shipments for study drugs, samples, documents, equipment, and supplies.
• Act as the liaison between investigator sites, nurses, clinicians, and internal study teams, escalating issues when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Approximately two years of relevant site management experience, such as Site Coordinator or CRA experience.
• Experience with visit coordination or relevant project management.
• Advanced English is required; all interviews will be conducted in English.
• Ability to follow GCP, ICH, HIPAA, and hirify.global SOP requirements.
