Project Manager (Adobe Commerce)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with teams in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do

• Lead complex digital marketing and commerce projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including estimation, scope, planning, delivery, risks, budgets, timelines, reporting, resourcing, and invoicing.
• Lead requirements and solution-definition activities for Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, virtual teams, stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management.
• Manage client expectations, escalations, project reviews, and executive-level presentations.
• Contribute to PMO practice development and collaboration across Adobe teams.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in software development and digital marketing implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience implementing Adobe solutions, especially AEM and AEP; experience with Campaign and Commerce is desirable.
• Experience managing re-platforming projects, cutover processes, scope control, change delivery, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, Agile delivery, Scrum, and lean ways of working.
• Experience leading teams, managing concurrent projects, handling risks and ambiguity, and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Full fluency in English is essential. A professional project management qualification and business consulting background are required.

• Experience with additional Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.
• Knowledge of other European languages.
