Principal Project Manager / Design Manager (Data Centre)

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership across the full project lifecycle, from design through commissioning and handover.
• Lead Design and Document Management functions using established project procedures and systems.
• Act as the senior client interface, aligning objectives, risk management, and performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary PMC teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Drive performance across cost, schedule, quality, and safety metrics.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects in design or project management roles.
• Proven senior project leadership experience in AE, PMC, consultancy, or client-side environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience leading design delivery and engineering execution across complex projects.

• Experience working on hyperscale developments.
