Adult Health Clinical Visiting Professor (Part-Time)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA; on-campus clinical teaching with Missouri professional nurse licensure required

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience

What you will do

• Deliver clinical nursing instruction aligned with the College’s curriculum, philosophy, course objectives, and program outcomes.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise and evaluate nursing students providing patient care.
• Provide documented performance feedback, remediation, and guidance based on course objectives.
• Prepare clinical assignments and grade homework, quizzes, tests, laboratory work, and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies, course coordinators, administrators, staff, and faculty regarding student and clinical-site needs.
• Contribute to program development, assessment, retention initiatives, policy implementation, and student satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in Missouri is required.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Ability to support clinical supervision, evaluation, collaboration, problem-solving, and professional role modeling.
