What you will do

• Deliver nursing instruction in classroom, clinical, laboratory, and simulation settings using technology and evidence-based methods.
• Create inclusive learning experiences, identify student needs, and provide mentoring, feedback, and remediation.
• Evaluate student performance and lead or support clinical learning experiences focused on safe, ethical, and professional practice.
• Contribute to curriculum development, course materials, academic standards, and accreditation compliance.
• Collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, committees, and service teams while supporting program evaluation and graduation activities.
• Engage in scholarship, research, knowledge dissemination, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing required; a doctorate in Nursing is preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a related discipline.
• Active, unencumbered licensure or certification as required, with current clinical and regulatory credentials where applicable.
• Education and experience must meet state-specific teaching, clinical, licensure, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with engaging learning environments, conflict management, collaboration, and supporting diverse student needs.
• Availability for Monday–Thursday from 1–9 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and possibly some Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Doctorate degree in Nursing.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LMS platforms, simulation tools, and online learning technologies.
