Mental Health Clinical Faculty (Part-Time)

Location: Addison, Illinois, USA

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Implement the nursing curriculum and course objectives through clinical teaching and service to the college, community, healthcare system, and profession.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise and evaluate nursing students providing patient care.
• Provide documented feedback, remediation, and support based on student performance and course objectives.
• Prepare clinical assignments, grade written work, and maintain knowledge of agency policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with course coordinators, college administration, staff, faculty, and clinical agencies regarding student and operational issues.
• Support program assessment, student retention, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in Illinois is required.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and sound professional judgment.
• Ability to teach and supervise nursing students in clinical environments.
