Clinical Instructor

Location: Part-time hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA; must reside in or be willing to permanently relocate to the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area.

Salary: $40–$45 per hour

What you will do

• Design and deliver hands-on clinical skill training classes after students complete online instruction.
• Mentor and support HHA students during in-person training at long-term care facilities.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to design and launch supplemental learning modules.
• Build relationships with partner facilities and guide HHA and CNA cohorts through clinical placements.
• Improve student medical knowledge, clinical skills, and readiness to provide compassionate home care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience teaching or mentoring others.
• Flexibility to work select weekends for clinical sessions.
• Residence in or permanent relocation to the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
