Wellness Nurse (LPN) Part Time

Location: 1205 N Church St, Moorestown, NJ 08057, USA; onsite, part-time shifts from 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, or 11pm–7am, including every other weekend.

Salary: $37.00–$38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care focused on residents’ health, safety, well-being, and holistic wellness.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in line with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance according to federal, state, and local standards.
• Promote a high standard of service for residents.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting is preferred.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and support residents; the role may require carrying up to 50 lbs.
