Utility Technician

Location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Salary: $20.00–$21.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across varied work environments.
• Inspect and repair fleet vehicles, troubleshoot power tools, and replace damaged production-machine components.
• Inspect work processes to ensure projects are completed correctly.
• Operate boom lifts or high lifts for high-rise window cleaning, dusting, stainless-steel and frame cleaning, and light cleaning.
• Maintain clean work areas, follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and stop unsafe behavior.
• Work under direction and collaborate with other employees while supporting customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of company-environment experience or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear motor vehicle record.
• Completion of all required safety and task-training certifications.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and perform the physical duties of the role.
• Forklift certification may be required.
