Field Installer

Location: Rochester, New York, USA; field work at customer homes and commercial buildings.

Hourly pay: $15–$25 per hour.

What you will do

• Install custom closets, cabinets, offices, and other storage systems using luxury materials.
• Use company-provided CAD drawings and blueprints to assemble and install systems efficiently.
• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work, including material removal and installation.
• Maintain shop tools and equipment and follow all safety standards.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from customer job sites.
• Provide professional customer service during in-home installations and work independently or with installation teams.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.

Nice to have

• Trade or vocational school experience.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills.
