HR Business Partner

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with senior management to execute HR programs.
• Advise on business strategy, functional policy, HR programs, and implementation.
• Analyze complex HR and business needs and design solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
• Partner with centers of expertise to provide HR resources for business requirements.
• Lead global process improvement, policy development, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentor junior employees and guide the execution of operational and strategic plans.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in HR, organizational change, workforce planning, or a related field.
• Experience with HR strategy, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and talent management.
• Knowledge of HRIS, Workday, labor law, data analysis, succession planning, and project management.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
