Salary: $94,640–$169,520 per year

What you will do

• Partner with leaders to understand business operations, financial drivers, and strategic priorities.
• Use workforce analytics, organizational trends, and business insights to develop evidence-based people strategies.
• Advise leaders on workforce challenges, people decisions, performance, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support organizational change through impact assessment, communication, and implementation guidance.
• Strengthen employee development, career growth, organizational capability, and performance culture.
• Coordinate integrated HR solutions across enterprise stakeholders and HR Centers of Experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar role.
• Experience managing HR best practices, including organizational hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, and compensation practices.
• Experience planning and managing delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets and Slides.
• Experience mentoring people and demonstrated performance in an earlier role.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
