Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, with support for the Bridgewater, New Jersey site; willingness to travel up to 20% is required.

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year, plus eligibility for variable cash compensation and, for eligible roles, equity.

What you will do

• Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational performance.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent risks, leadership capability, workforce planning, and business transformation.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, change management, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and employee development planning.
• Support employee engagement, culture, employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to implement scalable enterprise-wide HR programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner or strategic HR experience.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and partnering with leaders on complex business challenges.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management.
• Strong communication, influencing, consulting, coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities.
