Senior Director of Multi-Channel Buying (Retail)

Location: Los Angeles HQ; onsite

Salary: $190,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead buying strategy across owned retail stores and digital channels, maintaining cohesive omnichannel assortments.
• Develop seasonal and long-range buying strategies aligned with category growth, financial objectives, and business priorities.
• Own sales, gross margin, inventory productivity, sell-through, open-to-buy, receipt flow, replenishment, and markdown-risk decisions.
• Partner with Planning, Product Merchandising, Design, Retail Operations, Digital, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Wholesale, and Ecommerce.
• Support new store openings, regional buying frameworks, localized assortments, and international expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop buyers across multiple product categories while establishing decision-making and performance frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of buying or merchandising experience in a high-growth fashion, apparel, or consumer brand.
• Significant leadership experience at Director or Senior Director level.
• Proven experience leading buying strategies across owned retail and ecommerce channels.
• Deep knowledge of apparel buying, assortment planning, inventory management, and commercial retail performance.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including management of large inventory investments and Open-to-Buy strategies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, organization, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
