Senior Manager, UK

Location: Remote, United Kingdom; travel across the UK as needed and occasional visits to the corporate office in New York City.

Salary: £95,000–£130,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the UK commercial strategy, P&L, and revenue growth across DTC, Amazon.co.uk, and retail channels.
• Analyze UK consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and the retail landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and manage partnerships with key UK retail accounts.
• Localize hirify.global's marketing and brand presence for UK consumers with central brand and performance teams.
• Develop demand forecasts and coordinate with supply chain to optimize inventory availability.
• Partner with US leadership and internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, Growth, and Supply Chain specialists to align UK and global strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 5–8+ years of experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail.
• Experience with P&L or revenue accountability and ownership of commercial targets.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Marketplace and DTC channels.
• Commercially minded generalist able to operate across Amazon, DTC, and retail.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where business playbooks were built from the ground up.
