Senior Performance Partner

Location: Mountain View, California, or San Diego, California; hybrid schedule with three days per week in office

Salary: $126,000–$170,500 in Mountain View or $123,000–$166,500 in San Diego, plus potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits

What you will do

• Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct, and attendance matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Partner with People & Places and business stakeholders to recommend outcomes that balance business needs and employee experience.
• Apply case-management playbooks, protocols, and organizational requirements.
• Build manager and employee capability through hands-on casework.
• Lead team initiatives and projects supporting organizational priorities.
• Apply company policies and standards consistently across situations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience involving performance management, HR business partnering, or employee relations.
• Experience partnering with managers, applying best practices, and tracking work with operational rigor.
• Strong critical thinking, judgment, analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to understanding employee-relations cases and organizational insights.
• Ability to assess different perspectives, resolve conflicts, and reach appropriate outcomes.
• Learning and growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
