Director, HRBP Retail Operations East

Location: Remote, United States; must be based in a major city throughout the North or South East of the US and within one hour of a major airport.

Annual base salary: $150,705–$201,000, with potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Serve as the senior HR partner to Retail Operations.
• Lead a team of HR Business Partners supporting a large, complex, multi-unit retail organization.
• Strengthen talent, leadership, culture, workforce effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Translate business strategy into meaningful organizational outcomes.
• Influence senior leaders and drive business and organizational change.
• Build trust, raise standards, and develop future HR leaders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the North or South East of the United States and within one hour of a major airport.
• Strategic HR leadership experience in a complex, multi-unit retail environment.
• Strong business acumen, organizational insight, and leadership influence.
• Ability to solve complex challenges and develop scalable organizational solutions.
• Experience leading and developing HR Business Partners.
