Director, HRBP Retail Operations - West (Retail)

Location: Remote, United States; must be based in a major city in the Midwest/Central or Western United States and within one hour of a major airport.

Annual base salary: $150,705–$201,000, with potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the Retail Human Resources team and develop HR Business Partner capability.
• Serve as the senior HR partner to Retail Operations.
• Lead HR Business Partners supporting a large, complex, multi-unit retail organization across multiple geographies.
• Translate business strategy into talent, leadership, culture, workforce effectiveness, and employee experience outcomes.
• Influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and drive meaningful organizational change.
• Build trust, raise standards, and foster innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership.

Requirements

• Strategic HR leadership experience in a complex, multi-unit retail environment.
• Strong business acumen, organizational insight, and leadership influence.
• Experience solving complex organizational challenges and developing scalable solutions.
• Ability to coach and develop HR Business Partners and future HR leaders.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in the specified regions of the United States and within one hour of a major airport.
