Manager, Strategic Initiatives (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Salary: $100,000–$130,200 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses, frameworks, and payor contracting projects.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and leadership presentations to monitor performance and identify revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance on analyses and models supporting payor contracting strategies.
• Translate complex analyses and industry trends into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives, competing priorities, deadlines, and confidential information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze performance data, make independent decisions, and maintain confidentiality.

Nice to have

• PMP or a similar project management or process improvement certification.
