Major Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage large Financial Services accounts, including existing clients and prospects.
• Lead new business pitches and build long-term executive relationships.
• Negotiate business terms and support enterprise-wide deployments of hirify.global solutions.
• Onboard new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Build the sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate contract bids, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Statements of Work with internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience selling enterprise network security solutions and services to large, complex Financial Services organizations in Germany, including major banks and insurance providers.
• Proven ability to move deals through the sales cycle, close large transactions, and exceed targets.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and cultural fluency skills for executive audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
