Principal Technical Program Manager, Engineering (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California or Washington, DC; U.S. Person status is required.

Annual base salary: $209,000–$287,000 USD for the San Francisco Bay Area; $186,000–$256,000 USD for other applicable locations.

What you will do

• Structure, launch, and manage continuous and time-bound engineering initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Product Management, and Customer Support.
• Define priorities, execution plans, process flows, success criteria, and transparent status reporting.
• Introduce agile practices, workflows, and operational improvements across engineering teams.
• Unblock delivery, anticipate risks, and provide workflow solutions for complex initiatives.
• Lead transparency and execution for Federal initiatives.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required, including U.S. citizenship, nationality, lawful permanent residency, refugee status, or asylum status.
• At least 7 years of hands-on technical project management experience in a SaaS product development environment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership, influence, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical aptitude and experience working directly with software, test, or systems engineers.
• Ability to communicate with distributed teams and audiences ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering FedRAMP, Impact Level, or other compliance and security initiatives within engineering organizations.
