Manager - CareConnect (Epic)

What you will do

• Lead people and processes supporting hirify.global’s Epic-based CareConnect revenue cycle application portfolio.
• Manage application maintenance, upgrades, patches, customizations, reporting, incident management, and 24/7 on-call support.
• Coordinate requirements, design, testing, deployment, education, activation, and production support for new applications.
• Partner with clinical and business leaders, customers, vendors, infrastructure teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Track application management performance, service levels, employee development, productivity, and financial outcomes.
• Manage personnel, operating and capital budgets, information security safeguards, business continuity, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, healthcare, nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two to five years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Agile, software development life cycle phases, DevOps concepts, application management, and information security.
• Knowledge of risk management, cybersecurity impacts, organizational planning, and strategic roadmapping.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement at the Columbus, Ohio campus.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration, computer or management information systems, computer science, engineering, mathematics, healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
• Revenue cycle experience with Epic.
• Design thinking, curiosity, creativity, and experience driving people, process, and technology changes.
• Experience leading effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
