IT Manager (Corporate Functions)

Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Availability to work up to five days in the office, travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, and respond to emergency restoration assignments is required.

Annual salary: $158,310–$175,900, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Lead technology strategy, delivery, operations, and continuous improvement for HR, Payroll, Marketing and Communications, Sustainability, Regulatory, and other shared services.
• Develop business-aligned technology roadmaps, investment plans, success measures, and delivery priorities.
• Oversee SaaS, cloud, integration, workflow, analytics, collaboration, and enterprise business application portfolios.
• Lead delivery teams, product owners, business analysts, engineers, vendors, and technology partners.
• Drive process simplification, automation, data quality, digital adoption, incident management, release planning, and system stability.
• Present executive-ready updates and business cases while developing team members through coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• Ten to twelve years of progressive experience in information technology, business applications, product delivery, business relationship management, or enterprise shared services technology leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing application portfolios, technology roadmaps, production support, enhancements, and project delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application delivery, product management, agile practices, IT service management, vendor management, portfolio governance, cloud services, data management, cybersecurity, privacy, and audit controls.
• Experience leading teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners across business, IT, cybersecurity, architecture, data, infrastructure, and operations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting HR, Payroll, Communications, Sustainability, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, or other corporate shared services.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, ERP/HCM, payroll, CRM, content management, workflow automation, reporting, analytics, integration platforms, and cloud solutions.
• Advanced degree or certification in leadership, agile, product management, ITIL, cloud, cybersecurity, or project management.
