IT Manager - Corporate Functions (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid in East Berlin, Connecticut or Westwood, Massachusetts; employees must work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and may be required to work up to five days onsite. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire may be required.

What you will do

• Lead technology strategy, delivery, operations, and continuous improvement for HR, Payroll, Marketing and Communications, Sustainability, Regulatory, and other shared services.
• Develop business-aligned technology roadmaps, investment plans, delivery backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee application portfolios and platforms across SaaS, cloud, integrations, workflow, analytics, collaboration, and enterprise business systems.
• Manage delivery teams, product owners, analysts, engineers, vendors, and technology partners.
• Drive process simplification, automation, data quality, digital adoption, and self-service capabilities.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and release management while maintaining system stability and minimizing disruption.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in information technology, business applications, product delivery, business relationship management, or enterprise shared services technology leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise application delivery, product management, agile practices, IT service management, vendor management, and portfolio governance.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, communications, sustainability, regulatory, and shared services processes, including sensitive data and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners across IT, cybersecurity, architecture, data, infrastructure, and operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS platforms, ERP/HCM, payroll systems, CRM, content management, workflow automation, reporting, analytics, integration platforms, and cloud solutions.
• Advanced degree or certification in leadership, agile, product management, ITIL, cloud, cybersecurity, or project management.
