What you will do
- Support Account Executives with presales pricing for hardware, software, services, and maintenance.
- Create and coordinate proposals and process contract changes.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce, partner, account, forecasting, and reporting records.
- Track vendor registration and pricing programs to apply discounts and support profitability.
- Coordinate sales projects with presales teams, distributors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Process customer orders and support quality assurance and invoicing workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales operations or sales support experience.
- Experience working for a technology Value Added Reseller.
- Contracting and quoting experience with major vendors such as IBM, Cisco, Dell, or HPE.
- BA/BS in Business or Finance, or equivalent IT sales operations experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
- Strong organization, communication, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
