Sales Support Coordinator (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CAD 50,000–70,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Go-to-Market sales team.
• Track client requests, internal tasks, deliverables, information, and expiry dates through completion.
• Resolve client and operational issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, Privacy, and Risk.
• Support payment and settlement activity, including resolving exceptions and ensuring accurate, timely fund movement.
• Arrange client account and platform access while maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare customer reports and provide timely information to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or operations.
• Comfort using computer systems such as Salesforce/CRM and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, payments and foreign exchange processes.
• Clear professional communication and confidence working with clients and cross-functional colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Proactive ownership of tasks and willingness to learn financial markets, instruments, trading, and settlement processes.
