Business Operations & Corporate Functions Co-op Opportunities

Location: Needham, Massachusetts, United States; full-time onsite-hybrid schedule required

What you will do

• Analyze commercial, sales, retail, supply chain, financial, and corporate function data to support business decisions.
• Build reports, dashboards, models, trackers, and automated reporting solutions using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Support forecasting, inventory planning, SKU replenishment, S&OP activities, product costing, margin analysis, and global expansion initiatives.
• Improve processes across departments and geographies, supporting transformation projects, standardization, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, communications, legal and regulatory research, privacy assessments, ESG reporting, or other corporate programs depending on team placement.
• Present analyses and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders while owning a meaningful project end to end.

Requirements

• Current student in, or recent graduate of, a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program in business, finance, accounting, economics, supply chain, operations, analytics, marketing, human resources, communications, pre-law, or a related field.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, in an onsite-hybrid schedule in Needham, Massachusetts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and modeling, plus confidence with PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, handle ambiguity, protect confidential information, and collaborate across functions, regions, and time zones.
• Prior internship, campus leadership, research, or case competition experience is an asset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, financial modeling, CRM, LMS, Workday, Greenhouse, Canva, or OneTrust.
• Knowledge of S&OP, purchase order management, inventory planning, distribution center operations, or retail fundamentals.
• Project management, change management, data ethics, cybersecurity, privacy, AI, or business process automation experience.
• Consumer packaged goods or consumer products experience.
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency for support of LATAM and international markets.
