Location: Remote; candidates must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD annually, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Embed within a core business area such as growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Define the business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and decisions that should guide analysis.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights using SQL, Python, Excel, and analytics tools.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit and drive initiatives through execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or Excel.
• Current residence in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada is required for full-time salaried employment.
