Lead Software Engineer (C++)

Location: Burlington, Massachusetts, United States

Annual salary: $101,500–$188,500, plus potential incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Contribute to the development of the Palladium emulator compiler.
• Apply multithreading and distributed computing to large-scale compilation problems.
• Develop solutions for logic optimization, distributed databases, and precompiler technologies.
• Use creativity and problem-solving skills to improve compiler scalability and performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a Ph.D., in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases.
• Proficiency in C++, GDB debugging, and general software development.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix development and exposure to build and version-control systems.
• Coursework in hardware description languages such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL.
• Exposure to electronic design platforms.
