Sr. Demand Planning Analyst (Marine Manufacturing)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid workplace; no travel required; no relocation offered.

Salary: $73,600–$106,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the development, validation, and maintenance of an 18-month rolling demand plan for Mercury propulsion products and customer channels.
• Own the monthly demand planning process and align Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain on volume, mix, timing, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze demand trends, forecast accuracy, bias, error metrics, market intelligence, customer insights, and macroeconomic indicators.
• Present demand planning insights, scenarios, and recommendations to leadership through the SIOP process.
• Identify emerging market trends and demand risks, develop mitigation strategies, and improve demand signal quality.
• Lead continuous improvement through advanced analytics, automation, forecasting methodologies, and Lean Six Sigma practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field such as Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or Market Research.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and influencing decisions across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with statistical forecasting techniques and forecast performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or reporting tools. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• CPIM, CSCP, CPF, or APICS certification.
• Experience with Oracle, Demantra, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or other demand planning platforms.
• Experience with forecasting transformation, process improvement, or planning system implementations.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
• Interest in boating or marine propulsion systems.
