Marketing Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage demand forecasting and planning by customer, technology, and device level for the RF product line.
• Collaborate with fab planning and Sales teams to optimize capacity utilization, profitability, and customer expedites.
• Manage quarterly revenue, purchase orders, customer forecasts, and related risks and opportunities.
• Track design funnels, design wins, tape-out revenue, KPIs, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Support opportunity-based pricing requests, RFQs, and product pricing initiatives.
• Develop performance reporting, identify process improvements, and optimize operational workflows using lean methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Power BI.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within tight timelines.

Nice to have

• RF semiconductor or foundry experience.
• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain management tools, including MS Dynamics 365.
