Senior Data Analyst – Revenue Intelligence (BigQuery/Looker)

What you will do

• Own governed revenue datasets in BigQuery supporting ARR, GRR, NRR, pipeline, churn, and renewal reporting.
• Model Salesforce and subscription billing data into documented reporting tables with clear grain, deduplication rules, and metric definitions.
• Build and maintain LookML models, Explores, and dashboards for consistent revenue reporting.
• Deliver analytics end to end, from stakeholder requirements and data modelling through dashboard development, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to AI-assisted revenue analytics by curating trusted datasets, maintaining reference documentation, and validating outputs.
• Build data quality monitoring, investigate escalations, and improve underlying processes to prevent recurring issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related data role, including at least 2 years owning a data domain end to end.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BigQuery or an equivalent cloud data warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, including data grain, dimensional modelling, deduplication, and slowly changing dimensions.
• Production experience with Looker and LookML, including models, Explores, and dashboards.
• Experience with B2B SaaS data, CRM systems such as Salesforce, subscription billing data, and revenue metrics.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken, plus strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders.

• Python experience for data wrangling or automation.
• Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics or AI tools in a data environment.
• Experience working asynchronously and remotely across multiple time zones.
