Business Analyst (Media)

What you will do

• Partner with Commercial, Digital, Finance, and local-market teams to understand objectives, challenges, and data needs.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Data Scientists to deliver dashboards, reports, and data products.
• Support KPI and metric definition, data glossaries, process maps, user stories, and business requirements documents.
• Manage stakeholder feedback, prioritise data requests, and maintain the discovery and requirements pipeline.
• Support testing, validation, and UAT activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in media, advertising, or digital environments.
• Strong requirements-gathering, stakeholder-management, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with analytics, engineering, and BI teams.
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex data concepts for business stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom.
