Sr Manager, Business Consulting and Education Team- Thought Leadership & Program Development

Location: Onsite in Orlando, Florida, or Westlake, Texas

Salary: USD $102,000–$149,700 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of thought leadership initiatives focused on practice management for independent advisory firms.
• Research industry topics, interview clients and subject matter experts, and develop actionable points of view with senior leaders.
• Author and produce white papers, byline articles, digital content, infographics, executive messaging, and speaking materials.
• Design scalable, repeatable programs and processes that maintain quality and alignment across teams and business units.
• Develop go-to-market strategies using webcasts, event presentations, interactive workshops, and consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, public relations, compliance, events, external partners, industry experts, and clients.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to author original white papers, articles, and other thought leadership assets.
• Ability to research, synthesize, and translate client perspectives, executive insights, industry trends, analytics, and expert input into actionable content.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, rigorous quality standards, and the ability to work effectively through iterative reviews.
• Experience in financial services, wealth services for advisors, practice management, or consulting is desirable; an MBA is preferred.
