Salary: $83,100–$141,300 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Own complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory filing programs covering Form PF, AIFMD Annex IV, CPO-PQR, SEC Form ADV, and TIC reporting.
• Monitor regulatory guidance from the SEC, CFTC, FCA, ESMA, and other authorities, translating changes into operational updates.
• Resolve complex data exceptions and regulatory interpretation questions while leading post-submission quality reviews and root-cause analyses.
• Advise institutional hedge fund clients on regulatory obligations, data requirements, filing issues, and emerging regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with trading, fund accounting, operations, prime brokerage, compliance, technology, and senior client stakeholders.
• Mentor Analysts and Consultants and support training, onboarding, workload planning, and cross-divisional regulatory initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in regulatory reporting, fund administration, investment operations, or a related financial services function.
• Deep expertise in at least two alternative-investment regulatory frameworks and working knowledge of the broader regulatory landscape.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one analytical or scripting environment, such as Python or SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, client communication, presentation, and deadline-management skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Audit, assurance, or advisory experience in financial services or asset management.
• Multi-jurisdictional experience spanning U.S. and EMEA regulatory regimes and complex fund structures.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, regulatory change management, system testing, or parallel runs.
• CFA, CAIA, an advanced degree, or progress toward a relevant professional designation.
• Experience at a global fund administrator, bulge-bracket bank, Big Four advisory firm, or institutional asset manager.
