Director, Digital HR Strategy & People Analytics (AI)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Monday through Thursday; remote work is available on Fridays.

hirify.global is a retail organization operating a corporate HR technology and people analytics function.

What you will do

• Develop the HR Digital strategy and roadmap, connecting HR technologies for a seamless user experience.
• Set the strategy for integrating AI into HR practices and establish enterprise analytics and technology priorities.
• Manage day-to-day Workday and HRIS operations, people analytics reporting, and data-driven HR insights.
• Lead analysts and report developers in improving data models and analytical solutions supporting business objectives.
• Manage HR technology vendors, including negotiations, oversight, and contract compliance.
• Lead cross-functional HR transformation and improvement initiatives from business case development through execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Human Resource Information Systems.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM and other HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of emerging HR technologies and technology trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite at the Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin corporate office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
