Process Engineer (Quality)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and revise systems, processes, and procedures that improve quality.
• Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process, control non-conforming material, and lead weekly MRB meetings.
• Review quality problems and manage corrective action programs involving internal, customer, and supplier CARs.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and reduce scrap, then facilitate action plans.
• Maintain accurate SOP documentation and support compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Work with UL and CSA agencies, maintain test equipment and label inventory, and support internal audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
• Alternatively, an associate’s degree plus 3 years of related experience or equivalent experience.
• Project management experience and knowledge of design of experiments, root cause analysis, and statistical analytical tools.
• Experience with manufacturing and quality improvement processes.

Nice to have

• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge or certification.
• Experience with SAP.
