TL;DR
Field Process Engineer (Manufacturing): Developing and improving operational processes at manufacturing sites with an accent on bottleneck analysis, equipment integration, quality standards, and lean methodologies. Focus on root-cause analysis, DMAIC and statistical methods, process change management, and deploying SOPs across local operations.

Location: OPS- Wilmer, TX B06, United States

Salary: $85,000–$128,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

  • Develop, redesign, and manage process changes involving formulations, methods, controls, and quality standards.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and technical issues, determine root causes, and implement process or product improvements.
  • Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and facilities equipment.
  • Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process and technology specifications.
  • Apply fishbone analysis, 5 Why, DMAIC, RCA, time studies, and statistical analysis to continuous improvement projects.
  • Develop sequences of operations, operation sheets, SOPs, and documentation supporting LMS, WMS, and team-member training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience troubleshooting equipment and solving operational problems.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, site leadership, and continuous improvement teams.
  • Ability to work at the Wilmer, Texas operational site.

Nice to have

  • Lean training.
  • Six Sigma training.
  • Experience with Tableau or other statistical analysis packages.
