Business Solutions Lead (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work schedule near the Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC office; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base salary, plus variable incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead business transformation and data initiatives from problem definition through implementation, stabilization, and value realization.
• Assess current-state processes, systems, data flows, controls, and operating models, then design scalable future-state solutions.
• Define business, functional, technical, process, and data requirements, including integrations, controls, exception handling, acceptance criteria, and data quality standards.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Trade Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Compliance while managing dependencies, risks, decisions, and milestones.
• Lead business validation, UAT, production readiness, implementation coordination, and post-production monitoring.
• Define and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, data quality measures, adoption, and realized business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business solutions, business analysis, technology delivery, data transformation, process transformation, product delivery, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience translating complex business needs into detailed functional, technical, process, and data requirements for Engineering and Data teams.
• Experience with process mapping, process redesign, operating model improvement, data transformation, requirements traceability, UAT, production readiness, and post-production monitoring.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting, or analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Agile delivery, project or program management, enterprise platforms, APIs/integrations, or data governance frameworks.
