Product Management Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Bloomfield, Connecticut, United States

Salary: $131,300–$218,800 USD per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Develop the product strategy, roadmap, and goals for agent experience tools and solutions.
• Work with customer service agents, operations leaders, and business partners to identify workflow and productivity improvements.
• Lead product development from planning through launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams.
• Build and improve AI-powered agent assistants, knowledge recommendations, automated workflows, case summarization, and intelligent routing.
• Monitor product performance and track productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading complex business applications, internal platforms, or operational tools through the full product lifecycle.
• Experience working with customer support, contact centers, service operations, or workforce management teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile product development and a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• For occasional or permanent home working, a cable broadband or fiber optic connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.

Nice to have

• Experience building or managing AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or customer service platforms.
• Knowledge of agent productivity measures, service workflows, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience with product analytics and testing tools.
• MBA or another related advanced degree.
