Senior ERP Product Manager (Oracle ERP)

What you will do

• Own the Oracle Cloud ERP roadmap across functional areas such as Financials, Procurement, PPM, EPM, and HCM.
• Lead product discovery with Finance, Procurement, Project Controls, HR, operations, and field partners.
• Translate business problems into requirements, success metrics, sequenced releases, and product bets.
• Manage the Oracle ERP agentic pod, including backlog shaping, planning, reviews, delivery cadence, and blocker removal.
• Work hands-on in the product by refining requirements, testing configurations, reviewing releases, and making tradeoff decisions.
• Drive adoption through user enablement, feedback loops, analytics, and iterative improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting/Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software product management, product delivery, or ERP functional/technical leadership.
• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP experience across at least two modules, including implementation, configuration, or product ownership.
• 3+ years directly managing a team delivering production software or ERP releases.
• Experience delivering ERP or software products end to end in lean, agile teams, from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Experience supporting field-based, project-based, operational, construction, engineering, or manufacturing users.
