Senior Product Manager (Fulfillment Automation)

Location: Onsite in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex fulfillment automation products.
• Use customer research, journey mapping, market analysis, and data to identify and prioritize problems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor product managers, and align technical architecture, risks, and business objectives.
• Serve as the product point of contact for site operations and drive adoption of new automation capabilities.
• Work with automation vendors and support teams to resolve incidents, prioritize improvements, and track stability metrics.
• Attend onsite deployments, lead smoke testing, and produce post-deployment reports.

Requirements

• Either a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of product management experience, or 7 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience managing complex products or product families and executing strategic product roadmaps.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Experience with advanced analytics, A/B testing, AI capabilities, Agile methodology, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to mentor product management talent and collaborate with onsite operations and automation vendors.
• Ability to work onsite in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, including deployments and system investigations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with large-scale, complex B2B or B2C products.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
