AI Workshop Facilitator

Salary: Up to USD 200 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver five live virtual workshops in Spanish for senior managers.
• Prepare sessions, participate in internal dry runs, and use practical AI examples for management, decision support, productivity, automation, and business transformation.
• Adapt case studies and discussions to the insurance and insurance-brokerage industry.
• Help participants apply AI concepts to business projects and provide constructive feedback.
• Explain the operational, governance, legal, and organizational implications of AI adoption.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Program, and course teams to align delivery with client goals.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry.
• Professional experience in the Latin American region.
• Senior-level experience with managers, senior leaders, or executive stakeholders.
• Experience deploying or leading business, technology, AI, or transformation projects.
• Practical understanding of AI concepts and tools, with the ability to explain them to non-technical senior audiences.
• Native-level Spanish and professional working proficiency in English, plus experience teaching, training, mentoring, consulting, or facilitating sessions for management professionals.

Nice to have

• Portuguese proficiency.
• Corporate or B2B training experience.
• Experience with digital transformation, change management, AI adoption, or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI.
