Digital Enablement and Training Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver training, webinars, and enablement programmes for new digital capabilities.
• Create and maintain user guides, playbooks, learning resources, and communications.
• Drive adoption and readiness for platform enhancements, personalisation, analytics, and AI-enabled features.
• Manage community calls, office hours, feedback sessions, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support change management and collaborate with product, technology, content, and business teams.
• Monitor adoption, identify capability gaps, and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in digital enablement, training, learning design, or change management.
• Experience developing training materials, guides, playbooks, and learning resources.
• Ability to translate complex technical and digital concepts into user-friendly content.
• Strong organisational, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, CMS environments, marketing technology, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience working in global or matrixed environments is preferred.
