Director, Digital Workplace Training

Location: Fully remote within the United States; employees near hirify.global offices may choose a hybrid schedule with office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Travel 2–4 times per year is required.

Salary: $80,000–$135,000 per year, with the final range determined by location, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Define the enterprise strategy for digital workplace learning, aligned with priority workflows, standards, and execution needs.
• Design and deliver role-specific learning experiences, playbooks, guides, templates, and job aids for leaders, managers, staff, and executive support teams.
• Integrate digital workplace learning into enterprise and divisional onboarding programs.
• Partner with Product and Technology during platform, tool, and workflow changes to deliver timely enablement.
• Measure learning uptake, confidence, and adoption, then use insights to improve learning approaches and roadmap decisions.
• Provide strategic enablement for executives, Executive Assistants, and Special Assistants while maintaining enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise learning, enablement, digital adoption, or a related field.
• Experience designing learning for complex, distributed organizations and supporting significant digital change or platform transitions.
• Ability to translate tools, workflows, and standards into clear, practical learning experiences focused on adult learning and behavior change.
• Strong facilitation, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is required.
• Ability to travel 2–4 times per year for hirify.global business.
