Contract Dynamics 365 Finance Trainer

What you will do

• Design and maintain role-based training curriculums, interactive modules, SOPs, and quick-reference guides for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, hands-on, train-the-trainer, and end-user training for finance teams.
• Partner with change management and finance leads to evaluate user competency and operational readiness.
• Provide targeted floor-walking and post-go-live support.
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve training materials and adoption outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience developing and delivering training programmes for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations rollouts.
• Strong functional understanding of GL, AP, AR, intercompany transactions, and month-end close procedures.
• Experience creating clear user documentation and e-learning materials.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex system workflows for finance end users.
